Get Started now with a free Intro Session
CrossFit Oahu is different from the typical gym, let us show you how. We would be glad to take you through a free introductory session to answer your questions, show you how to get started, and have you experience a CrossFit style workout. CrossFit workouts and our gyms are something that must be experienced to truly be understood and you have nothing to lose!
How do I start?
Well its pretty easy. A free Intro session is held every week at 10am on Saturdays at any of our five locations. Just stop in!Your Coach will take the time to learn about you personally, take you step-by-step through CrossFit movements, and work with you throughout the workout.
If you have questions about beginning your adventure fill out the form on the right and we will make sure you get all the info you need (directions, parking, etc) to get in the best shape of your life. If you want to stop by in person to talk to a Coach feel free to stop by at any time.
Example Intro Class
We will use a 7pm session for this example but a 10am session would be set up the same. In each session, you will warm up, learn new movements, do a workout.
9:45 – 9:55 Arrive at the gym, meet your Coach, and sign the waiver
9:55 – 9:59 Watch the other CrossFit Classes in action before your Intro. You may freak out.
10:00 – 10:01 Your Coach will start off by asking about your goals and your history while showing you around the facility
10:02 – 10:10 The Coach will give a brief overview of CrossFit, explain the workout, and answer any questions you have.
10:10 – 10:25 Movement instruction guided by the Coach warming you up, teaching you the exercises, and preparing you for the workout.
10:25 – 10:40 3-2-1-Go!! Now you will hit the workout at your pace while supervised by your Coach. It may be only 15 minutes or less, but we guarantee that is enough!!
10:45 – 10:58 Cool Down and talking with your Coach about how the workout felt.
10:59 – 10:00 Loud clapping and applause for surviving the Intro Session.
