Want to read something funny? The only milk i’ve drank(post-breast anyway) is 2%. The other day I was thinking maybe I should upgrade to whole for that awesome fat content. After all, if theres skim which is 0%, and then 1% and 2%, would whole milk be…100%?!? But, alas, it was merely 3.25% milkfat. I can feel myself growing bigger and stronger with every sip.
My friend says dairy products are pure fat and are not healthy for people. Her family does not drink milk or eat other dairy products. Is this true?
