Banana Nut Bread

Thanks to our Chef, Sara Fawcett, you can have your favorite holiday bread, Paleo Style!

BANANA NUT BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/8 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons honey (I used an organic honey from the Big Island)
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups walnuts

Instructions:

  1.  Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash bananas with a fork.
  3. Add all other ingredients to bananas in a large bowl until well incorporated.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
  5. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
