I watched yesterday as the ladies from the Wedding Cafe built up to jumping to the top of some mats that was about 20in tall. It was pretty inspiring to tell the truth. They had never done anything like that before, didn’t know what would happen if they missed, and worst of all (for some people) had to be willing to fail in front of other people. A few jumps later and they were new people and the 20in box was firmly in the doable category of life and almost instantly forgotten that it ever was “too high”. Whether it is a 20in box jump for the first time or a 145lb turkish get up I get to see something every day that inspires me to work a little bit harder.
What have you seen at CFO that has inspired you to work a little bit harder? Post your thoughts here.

Tasha, for coming back after being gone for quite some time. She read over a months worth of her journal from before she left and she realized “I DID that, I CAN do it again!” Welcome back, Tasha!

Too cute~I love the pics. Chris is an inspiration to me every day. Whether it be a 155/145lbs Turkish get-up or picking up the tab of an elderly man’s grocery bill, his genuine zest for life encourages me not only to ‘get some, go again,’ but to do it with smile in hopes of spreading the aloha. I miss you!

watching newbies try something new is always inspiring! It encourages me to see people taking limitations off of themselves, but specifically Caroline is my inspiration. I see her constantly trying to improve her form and strength and it makes me want to do the same
Thanks Caroline!!!
I was there when Chris did that TGU it was definitely inspiring!!

Watching Chris do his turkish to get on the board was pretty awesome (to the theme music from conan the barbarian!!!!). And I think Karissa’s “super squating” is pretty inspiring although I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to squat that fast.

I have been inspired by each person that has sweated, grunted, and pushed through a marathon on the rower. On Tuesday, I thought, “I can do 30 rounds of these three exercises if they can stay on that rower for 3 1/2+ hours!”

My inspiration comes from everyone at Crossfit pushing the limits and the envelope of workouts. Watching and feeding off the good vibes everyone gives off. Competitive yet positive motivation. Seeing both Tara and Suzanne climb the rope with ease, to watching Bryant do some crazy Parkour stuff, to James kicking my ass in the workouts. CF is the Sh!@. CF here in Iraq outdoors is a little more intense and interesting/fun. Hope you all are doing well and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Seeing everyone fight to finish the workouts, no matter how much it hurts, inspires me (especially my Bradley)!

Hands down! I’ve been inspired by Caroline can do attitude. I originally started Sep 07 with good intentions but soon found myself afraid, intimidated shortyly after starting. I now realize that I’m my own competitor and not everyone else. Once, I returned and saw familiar faces (C-line) I wanted to kick myself for giving up. I’m back with my head on straight, more focused and now know I CAN DO IT! and I definitely want to Do More, Suck Less, Live Longer and Better. Thanks to all CF trainers you’re the BOMB!
