
Katie joins the muscle up club. Make sure to leave comments for her here. It is interesting to note the the first two ladies to get muscle ups here (and perform well in many other areas too) are following the Zone diet. Not half way, not eating “healthy” (with no definition of healthy). We are going to take more time here at CFO to explain how the coaches choose food and fit it into their lives. It really is that important. Courtney, who is a Registered Dietitian, will be putting on a Zone clinic Saturday, March 28th from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. Hey Katie~
I noticed you right away when I first started going to Crossfit and was like, “Wow, that girl rocks.” I thought you were pretty strong and at your peak of athleticism. What a dodo I am. Throughout the months I have seen you body change both physically and in your capabilities. Way to go on the muscle up. It’s really neat to see people progress right in front of your eyes…even the people who you ‘think’ are already in great shape. It just goes to show that strength is forever evolving. Thanks for all the positive energy around the gym and being an inspiration for all us girls.
