
I just wanted to give a shout out to Amy, Lisa, and Pat. Amy and Lisa have been coming to the Tuesday/Thursday morning classes regularly and they are making great gains in their back squat and press strength. Pat just started coming regularly and she too is making great strides. Awesome job ladies!
A lot of what we do comes from Rip and Lon’s book (shown above). If you haven’t had a chance to read it then it needs to be on your book list. I had a chance to attend their seminar in San Diego last year and it was great. They provided a wealth of information and tips and of course they love CrossFit. If you’ve already read the book, then you know what I’m talking about, enough said. It’s available through Amazon.com.

Cheryl, thanks to your morning class, I just reached a Shoulder Press PR of 140!
For anyone who wants to increase their strength and work on perfecting their form, this class is just the thing for you.
Props to the girls - They are all bad ass! It’s great working out with them and watching them make gains every week.

I also want to say thank you to Cheryl! She has given me great input, advice, and encouragement and has pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were. I’m not only putting up heavier weight with those specific lifts but it’s given me confidence in all my other CF workouts.
Thanks Mike and everyone else for all the encouragement. It’s awesome and inspiring to see everyone making gains and hitting new goals.
