Check out www.logsitall.com for a site designed to log crossfit workouts. It also has a ranking system to see where you stand. Just remember not all the numbers might be legit.

  1. I love to look back into my journel from the beginning so I can see how far I have come!!!! I look at my max weights on dead lifts and WOW!!!

  3. I look back in my “journal” and am amazed at everythign I have accomplished. When I started I never thought I would have stuck with it. But now, I am even more excited to see what I am going to put in my journal in the future.

  4. Dear Diary~
    Today I did six minute abs. Then I took a picture of them and posted it on my myspace page. I also saw a really cute boy. He is the biggest Mongolian I have ever seen and he came home with me. Yes! Chinese take-out FOREVER!!!
