
We are now offering classes on Tuesday and Thurdays at 9:00 am. These workouts will have a strength training element with a focus on back squats, shoulder press and deadlift. We’ll also play around with some of the olympic lifts. It’s strength training CrossFit style, so come check it out.
Tiffany and I had a great time on Saturday. Set a new PR for Fran 4:40, using 65# for the thrusters. Tiffany had 7 rounds of Cindy, doing 3/6/9, jumping pullups, leaning pushups, and air squats. Thanks to Bryant and Marcus for the excellent coaching, and thanks to everyone for the encouragement!
