Vacation fun! William from CF Eastside (Seattle, WA) stopped by yesterday. James was his old training partner at Eastside until he moved out to Oahu and joined our ranks. In a stroke of luck, I happened to wear my CF Eastside shirt too. I bet I a lot of people would love to travel to our gym.
