Mike one the army of loyal CFers here at CFO is going to be donating some of his time to shoot and produce videos of the madness around here. He did a test the other day and put it on you tube and you can check it out here. We plan on doing many fun videos (WODs, interviews, skits, etc) but I also want to hear what type of videos you would like us to make. Post your ideas and thoughts in the comments. Strong work Mike!

Make a video of someone’s first work out. Follow it up with a montage of their training over a few months, finishing with a repeat of their first workout. *Hopefully* there will be a noticeable difference!

Anything that involves latex, various fruits and vegetables, Vaseline, and a stuffed elephant.

I think Tom is on to something. “Before and after videos.” Or make videos of people trying to achieve various goals, like a muscle-up or a PR lift. That would be a big motivator for a lot of people who think the stuff we do is “impossible.”
I’d love to see a woman barely hang on a bar in the first cut and by the end of the video she does 40 kipping pull-ups in under 4 minutes.
