Are you up for a nutrition challenge to keep you on track for the holidays? I challenge you to “go natural” with your diet for the month of november. That means lots of fresh foods, nothing processed and lots of mother nature’s goodness! You do get one small cheat day….Turkey Day of course!   1. With fear and trepidation, I’m in. In preparation, I’m currently binging on the girls’ Halloween candy. I’ve got a lot of work to do in the next 3 hours and 4 minutes! Natural November, here I come!

  3. Ok, I did it. I drank all the beer in the house, ate the left over candy and swore to myself to eat only food, no more BS. We’ll see the outcome in 1 month. Hopefully, I’ll have a bodyweight snatch by then …

  4. Anyone have some good recipes? I starved all day on chicken breasts, spinach leaves, and apples. Man needs to eat.
